The Model 1050 functions the same as the 1100, as well as the rail system, support and conveyors.

The Acustiflex model 1050 panel is made up of an 18 gauge tubular steel frame protected with anti-corrosion paint, rigidly welded and assembled with crossbars every 60 cm on both sides; just like the frame of the 1100 model. However, the walls of said panel are formed with 12mm "domestic chipboard and a 3" layer of mineral wool to achieve an effective sound barrier of between 40 and 45 db.

The finish of the wall is in 100% acrylic woven fabric and underneath it has a layer for acoustic insulation as well as giving a puffed appearance to the face of the panel (ASTM-E84 Standard), finally it has an aluminum dust cover with double vinyl both superior as bottom and on both sides of the panel.
